Conflict Resolution & Negotiation

Conflict is inevitable and unavoidable in business, religious, and family settings. The question becomes, how do you handle a conflict when you are facing it? A conflict resolution is when two opposing parties decide to find a peaceful solution to their disagreement or problem that leaves all parties equally and reasonably content.

Most conflicts can be resolved without resorting to courts. Matthew 5:25 says: "Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still together on the way, or your adversary may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown in prison" (NIV). We do not provide consultation for matters that involve crime. Criminal matters must follow due process and be adjudicated in a court of law.

We use biblical, researched, and common sense principles to help business corporations and families to settle matters. Disclaimer: We are not a law firm or a team of lawyers--you only see us if you do not want to see a lawyer or to go to court.
